The Walmart in Collinsville is easier to get to and is often much less busy than the Walmart in O’Fallon. Both Walmart stores do grocery pick up so you can put your order in through their app and schedule a time to pick it up. It’s a lifesaver sometimes! We purchased this home because it attaches to property we own. The house is on on acre surrounded by another 30 acres. We remodeled the entire home in 2021 adding all new cabinets, stainless appliances, hard flooring, granite counter tops, new light fixtures, new bathrooms, and much more. Below Loft is our man cave barn used for training for baseball and we ask that nothing is disturbed. We’re conveniently located 20-25 minutes from downtown St. Louis Mo. and under 10 minutes from Interstate 64 exit. Barn is located behind our home that has approximately 25 acres and is at the back end of a exclusive neighborhood. Our area is very safe and is a country like rural setting. The loft will require guests to climb several steps so please be physically capable of making the climb. Also steps has a handrail with no spindles. To access loft you must walk through barn so please be respectful.
